Virtual Mommy and Me Fitness

If you’d like to register, please add yourself to the waitlist for the class/es of your choice. There is no limit to the number of additional classes you would like to register for.

As soon as we can confirm your selected course will run, we will open up registration and also contact you to provide a discounted code for 50% off any additional classes you wish to join. Please note you will need to pay for one class at the full price of $40 in order to receive a 50% discount off additional classes. Discount only applies to the same person for multiple classes

Parent/Guardian Class with Child Fitness Class:

From push-ups, sit-ups, and planks that involve leaning in to kiss and sing to your little one, to squats and lunges, from cardio to core while holding and lifting your little one. Mommy and Me time fitness classes incorporates numerous fun, body conditioning exercises that will captivate your child’s attention while you get a great workout!

Moms of all fitness levels are welcomed. Children must be newborn to 1.5 years old and must be accompanied in a stroller/carrier. They will quickly become your little exercise buddy! This class is not limited to just mommies, its open to any caregiver. 


Class meets Friday afternoons on the following dates between 3:00pm-4:00pm via Zoom. 

June 19, 26, 2020

July 3, 10, 2020 

Once payment is recieved, a personal meeting ID/password will be provided.
