Beginner Yoga Tuesdays

$90

with Michelle Collins

Calendar Mar 17, 2020 at 6 pm, runs for 8 weeks

Vinyasa is a dynamic and a traditional style of yoga that uses sun salutations and Ujayi breathing to link poses into a creative and continuous flow. This practice cultivates awareness, mindfulness and presence. Sequencing and poses are alignment oriented which develops strength, flexibility and balance in equal proportions. It will take you on a journey through traditional poses and focus on the Vinyasa practice. This class is open to all levels, but is geared for beginners. 

Participants must bring thier own mat. Yoga blocks and straps are optional.  

Class meets Tuesday evenings on the following dates between 6:00pm-7:00pm

March 17, 24, 31, 2020

April 7, 14, 21, 28, 2020

May 5, 2020

This class is aimed at bringing the body, breath, and mind into balance through a series of classic Vinyasa yoga flow poses at the beginner and intermediate levels. This practice cultivates awareness, mindfulness and presence. Sequencing and poses are alignment oriented which develops strength, flexibility and balance in equal proportions. Appropriate modifications and use of introduced and emphasized.  

Participants must bring their own mat. Yoga blocks and straps are optional.

Adult Lap Swim Mondays

This is a non-instructional open lap swim for adults of all levels. 

It is recommended for individuals who know how to swim and are 16 years of age & over.  Depending on class registration, you may have to share a lane.

Bathing suit, towel and bathing cap for hair past shoulder length are required. 

Class meets Monday evenings on the following dates between 6:45pm-7:30pm.

Mommy and Me Fitness

Calendar Mar 28, 2020 at 11:15 am, runs for 6 weeks

From push-ups, sit-ups, and planks that involve leaning in to kiss and sing to your little one, to squats and lunges, from cardio to core while holding and lifting your little one. Mommy and Me time fitness classes incorporates numerous fun, body conditioning exercises that will captivate your child’s attention while you get a great workout!

Moms of all fitness levels are welcomed. Children must be newborn to 1.5 years old and must be accompanied in a stroller/carrier. They will quickly become your little exercise buddy! This class is not limited to just mommies, its open to any caregiver. NOTE: Class is limited to one adult per child.

 

Class meets Saturday mornings on the following dates between 11:15am-12:00pm.
