Virtual Pilates Wednesdays

Upon registering you will receive a confirmation e-mail along with a discount code for 50% off any additional classes you wish to join. Please note you will need to pay for one class at the full price of $40 in order to receive a 50% discount off additional classes. ​Discount only applies to the same person for multiple classes. 

Pilates:

Pilates goes beyond surface muscles and targets the deep muscles of the abdominals and lower back. Through Pilates, the core gets stronger than with any other form of exercise. A strong core is the key ingredient to  improved posture, balance, athletic performance, and a healthy back. Each class involves breathing techniques, series of abdominal and toning exercises.  This is an open level class.  The instructor will modify the exercises to meet the needs of the individuals.

 

Class meets Wednesday mornings on the following dates between 8:00am-9:00am via Zoom. 

July 1,8, 2020 

July 15, 22, 2020 

Once payment is recieved, a welcome email with a discount code for any additional classes that open up and a personal meeting ID/password will be provided.
